Elite Associates have partnered with a luxury accommodation business who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Nottingham.
The Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the business as an active member of the sales team to ensure business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for responding to inbound booking enquiries for all sites within their large (and growing) portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is very personable, and sale driven as you will be the one speaking with customers from their very first interaction with the business. Whilst your primary goal will be to convert enquiries into bookings, we want you to be a brand advocate, supporting their potential customers with answers to key questions they might have during their booking journey.
Supported by a strong, market-leading brand, you will be responsible for responding to customer interest via phone, live chat, email, web enquiry and WhatsApp, amongst other channels.
Key Skills:
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Resource Management: Plan, coordinate, and manages your time resource to accomplish responsibilities and tasks.
- Sales Focused: Target-driven with a positive attitude, aiming to exceed KPIs and delight customers.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in CRM management, live chat, email, messaging services and other customer communication channels.

Desirable:
- Relevant Business or Hospitality degree.
