We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join a vibrant setting in the Birmingham area.
This is a community-focused early years setting, committed to delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5. They providing a warm, secure, and creative environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn through play and exploration. This fabulous nursery has a wonderful team of early years practitioners, with a wealth of experience, offering a cosy home from home environment. It has fantastic transport links, conveniently situated for car, rail and bus.
As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the nursery, ensuring that we maintain high standards of care and education. You will lead a passionate team of childcare professionals and ensure that our nursery is a place where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Responsibilities:
Promoting an engaging, stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported in their learning journey
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staffing, compliance, and curriculum planning
Providing leadership and direction to staff, ensuring continuous professional development
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including safeguarding and health & safety standards
Building strong, trusting relationships with parents, children, and the local community
Managing nursery budgets, resources, and occupancy levelsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education with management experience in a nursery setting
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A commitment to providing the highest standards of care and education for young children
