The Role: SENDCO, you’ll be at the forefront of our SEND provision, championing the needs of the students and driving innovative strategies for their success. This role is about leadership, inspiration, and creating real change.
Your Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our SEND strategy, ensuring it aligns with our inclusive, student-centered ethos.
* Student Support: Oversee the identification, assessment, and support of students with SEND, crafting and executing effective IEPs.
* Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and best practices.
* Collaboration: Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external agencies, creating a network of support.
* Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance our SEND provision, leading innovative practices to improve student outcomes.

* Qualified Professional: QTS and a recognised SENDCO qualification.
