Due to recent rapid growth, we have an opening for an experienced property manager with strong work ethic, communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proven track record. In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
This role is predominantly office-based with regular client visits and the option to work from home one day per week. You will work 30-37.5 hours per week (depending on whether you prefer part-time or full-time) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Full-time hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but we offer flexibility depending on personal requirements.

- £30,000 - £40,000 salary (depending on experience and working hours) plus up to a 10% discretionary performance bonus after 6 months

Due to recent rapid growth, we have an opening for an experienced property manager with strong work ethic, communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proven track record. In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and building relationships with clients, contractors, and surveyors
- Helping shape the wider business growth, improvement, and training strategy, drawing from your experience
- Managing your own time and diary
- Chairing AGMs and directors' meetings, and writing agendas and minutes
- Responding to client inquiries
- Mediating and influencing clients
- Analyzing and explaining lease information
- Coordinating with accounts to set and manage budgets
- Inspecting sites to identify maintenance needs and working with clients and contractors to address them
- Coordinating minor and major maintenance and construction projects with the support of the team and external surveyors
- Implementing recommendations from fire risk assessments in collaboration with clients, contractors, and fire risk assessors
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across the team and with clients

- 2-5 years experience in block or estate management (consideration given to related property management fields)
- Ideally TPI or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency with IT and email (Microsoft Office package)
- Experience organizing meetings, writing agendas, and taking minutes
- Project coordination/management and budgeting skills
- Minimum GCSE grade 5 / B in English and grade 4 / C in Maths
- A-levels or equivalent
- UK driving license (no more than 3 points) and a reliable vehicle
