The postholder willwork collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership team and theLocality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading theteam and holding a therapy caseload. The postholder will be responsible forcoordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment andintervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles ofneed as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmentaltrauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
