This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a desire to build a career in flooring design and planning. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in creating material takeoffs for projects * Generate basic 2D visualizations for carpet layouts using custom software * Work with floor plans, interpreting customer specifications and requirements * Calculate roll requirements for production and installation * Collaborate with the team to verify design specifications and installation details Essential Skills: * Strong numeracy and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy * Ability to adapt to proprietary software * Detail-oriented with a methodical approach Working Hours and Benefits: * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with a flexible lunch break * Salary up to £23,000 with a company pension, private healthcare, and 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays About Us: Join a global carpet manufacturer with over 90 years of experience, producing quality flooring for high-end hotels worldwide
