We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow our brand and sales pipeline. Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee all marketing activities for our new homes developments, including online and offline campaigns, branding, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a key role, requiring a strategic thinker who can work closely with our sales and development teams to maximize exposure and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: * Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote our developments and generate qualified leads. * Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and traditional channels to support sales and brand awareness. * Brand Development: Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the company’s brand identity and values, helping to enhance brand recognition in the market. * Lead Generation: Create and manage campaigns that drive traffic to our website, show homes, and sales offices, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into buyers. * Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content including brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and video, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality output. * Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and ensuring cost-effective delivery. * Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis and customer profiling to identify target audiences, monitor competitors, and stay ahead of industry trends. * Partnership Management: Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to optimize marketing efforts and deliver successful campaigns. * Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within the property or new build sector. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. * Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Creative flair with a strong understanding of branding and consumer behaviour. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. * A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for property marketing.
