Their brand has experienced significant growth and expansion, therefore are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Executive Director to join their board. The Individual: We are looking for a seasoned executive with a strong background within the food and beverage, or hospitality sectors ideally with desserts experience. You will be able to help steer a Founder led business during stages of significant growth. Requirements: * CEO/ Executive or NED experience within a similar industry * Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to challenge and guide the executive team. * A deep understanding of scaling premium brands and navigating competitive markets. * Experience in governance, risk management, and corporate social responsibility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at board level. * Passion for food and sustainability, with a genuine interest in premium, artisanal products. * Monitor company performance and advise on potential risks, opportunities, and market trends. * Bring insights and expertise from your industry experience to support the company's growth, especially in areas such as food production, retail, franchising, or hospitality. * Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance with regulatory and legal obligations. * Promote sustainability, innovation, and ethical business practices in line with company values. * Bring insights and expertise from your industry experience to support the company's growth, especially in areas such as food production, retail, franchising, or hospitality.
