We are looking for a part-time HR Administrator to work 25 hours a week. The duration of this FTC is 18 months with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent.
About The Role:
You will be part of our friendly HR team, supporting employees and managers across the organisation. This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a structured and organised way, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely administrative support. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will help us ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, initially focusing on our Essex and Corporate teams before expanding to cover our UK-wide operations.
Maintain accurate data in our HR Information System, Payroll system, Rostering, and Benefits Platforms, ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date.
Generate and check reports for internal purposes and contribute to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with onboarding new employees, processing leavers, and updating personal and employment details.
Support managers and employees with guidance on using our HR systems, managing absence, and handling routine queries.About you:
Essential Skills and Experience:
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A strong customer care attitude-you'll often be the go-to person for queries and support.
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
An eye for detail, ensuring that all data and correspondence are handled with care and accuracy.Desirable, but not essential:
Experience working within a multi-site organisation.
Background in HR, Finance, or Payroll.
