We're delighted to introduce an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Specialist to join a well-reputed not-for-profit organisation based in Corby.
In this standalone role, the successful applicant will shape, develop and deliver varied and engaging marketing content for the business. You will analyse campaign performances, identify opportunities and make data driven decisions to maximise visibility and audience engagement.
Hours of work, salary and benefits:
- Up to 37,000 FTE depending on experience
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am-4.30pm
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata + Christmas shutdown
As Marketing Specialist, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the aesthetic and performance of the company website
- Creating engaging content for all Social Media platforms, further driving traffic to the website
- Designing and implementing marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures, and pop up stands
- Attend networking events and connection events
- Creating informative and unique internal communications
- Analysis, delivery, optimisation and scheduling of marketing campaigns to maximise performance
- Applying knowledge of paid media channels
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar standalone marketing role
- Evidence of developing an organisation's reputation to drive forward its mission
- Strong practical digital marketing skills, particularly in email marketing and social media
- IT proficient with a passion for digital media, good knowledge of MS Office and confidence using design and analytics software
- Precise and accurate with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor text for different audiences
- Enjoys working to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven, presenting and using insights gained to inform future marketing activities
- A flexible approach to work hours and the ability to travel when required
