Principal Consultant – Data Strategist Up to £103,000 £6,000 car 15-30% Bonus | Hybrid (UK-wide) We are working with a leading consulting firm to find a Principal Consultant – Data Strategist who can engage with C-suite executives and deliver transformative data strategies at the highest level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader with a passion for driving data-led transformations across diverse industries. What you’ll do: Shape and deliver high-level data strategies and roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of client organizations Work closely with C-suite stakeholders , helping them understand how to leverage data as a strategic asset Lead end-to-end data strategy projects , from initial consultation through to delivery and implementation Identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts by crafting tailored data strategies for prospective clients Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring that data initiatives meet business objectives and drive tangible outcomes Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies that can impact clients’ data strategies What you’ll bring: A strong background in data strategy and management consulting , ideally with experience in a top-tier consulting firm Proven track record of working with C-suite executives , presenting and developing strategic data initiatives that deliver measurable business value Extensive experience in developing roadmaps and data transformation plans , aligned with business strategy Ability to lead and mentor teams while managing senior-level relationships Deep understanding of the value of data as a key business asset, with a focus on driving competitive advantage through data A combination of technical knowledge and business acumen, with the ability to simplify complex data topics for executive audiences What’s in it for you?
