Facade Manager - Cladding, SFS, Windows The Company * My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who have been established for 20+ years. * They work on large building envelope packages, for large mixed used residential & commercial developments. * HQ based in Essex with projects in London. The Role - Project Manager * Managing all on-site activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. * Management of x3 Senior Site Managers and x2 Site Managers. * Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with design specifications, standards, and project timelines. * Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records. * Strong understanding of construction processes, site management methodologies, and health and safety regulations.
