About the role: We are seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This position is available due to the retirement of a valued team member, and it stands out as an excellent opportunity for a creative educator who is eager to inspire young learners. The class size is approximately 15 students, allowing for a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS teaching experience. • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively in the classroom. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. • A creative approach to teaching that fosters a love for learning and encourages exploration and curiosity in young children. • Experience in working with diverse learners, including those with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the EYFS framework. • Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure individual needs are met. • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborating with colleagues to support the development of the curriculum and school initiatives. • Building positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
