Factory Operative

Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for Factory Operatives to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 07:00 - 19:00, so therefore only working 6 months of the year! Please do recognise that your working days vary and that this role does sometimes include weekends. Responsibilities includes: Weigh and scan raw materials Pick fresh produce Operate machinery Scan all finished goods and put onto the system Loading and unloadingWhat is required? Happy with heavy lifting up to 25kgs Happy to work in colder environments Ability to interpret product and customer requirements Be able to communicate effectively to all staff at all levels Excellent team playerPackage: Pay - £28,490.77 26.5 Holiday per year.
