Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural technician or Architect to contribute to some conservation projects. This role provides an opportunity to transition from city life to the serene countryside while working on exciting and unique conservation endeavours. While experience with Vectorworks is preferred, however, they are willing to provide training to candidates who possess a strong desire to work in the conservation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate effectively with your colleagues on projects, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
* Utilize your experience working with Vectorworks to contribute to designing and delivering conservation projects.
* Draw on your previous experience working in practice to inform and enhance project outcomes.
* Adapt to project requirements, taking into account the unique challenges and intricacies of conservation work.
* Participate in model-making activities, reflecting our practice's commitment to visualizing our projects.
* Enjoy the serene countryside setting, where you will be immersed in the beauty of the surrounding environment.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.
* Some experience working with Vectorworks, although training can be provided to candidates with a strong interest in conservation.
* Previous experience working in architectural practice, providing a foundation for your contributions to conservation projects.
* Strong design and technical abilities, enabling you to excel in the challenges posed by conservation work.
