Junior HR Business Partner- 12 months FTC
Salary: £35,000-£40,000

What You'll Do:
Partner with Managers and Employees: Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Implement HR Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards while assisting in the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Analyse HR Metrics: Use data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
Experience: Previous experience in supporting with projects such as talent succession planning and organisational change
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations at all levels and complexities
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels especially with senior stakeholders.
Mindset: Proactive and solutions-oriented, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
