Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on executing a sales strategy that generates revenue through our B2B channels—agents and schools. Your core responsibilities will include: Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify new sales opportunities by targeting agents and schools across the globe. Develop prospect lists, initiate contact, and schedule meetings to present our services. Sales Pipeline Management : Build, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring continuous movement through the sales funnel. Closing Deals : Convert prospects into long-term partnerships through persuasive pitches, relationship-building, and effective negotiation. Client Relationship Management : Nurture and grow existing relationships with agents and schools, ensuring continued collaboration and increased business. Be the go-to contact for your portfolio of clients. Follow-up & Persistence : Execute regular follow-ups with all prospects and clients, staying top of mind and overcoming objections to push deals over the finish line. Sales Target Achievement : Work aggressively toward meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving performance. Market Research & Strategy Development : Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adapting your sales strategy to capitalize on new opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting : Regularly track and report on sales KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability in hitting targets.
