As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role within the kitchen management team, collaborating closely with the Head Chef to optimize sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards, in accordance with established specifications. In this position, you will also be tasked with effectively managing costs, implementing strategies to minimize waste, and maximizing efficiency in all kitchen operations. Additionally, you will uphold rigorous compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all areas of the kitchen meet the required standards.
