Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure an effective production plan to meet the needs to the business Receipting stock deliveries from vendors and ensuring reporting and quality checks are made Maintaining stock reporting for raw materials and componentry Ensuring stock rotation of raw materials Daily management of team of Production Operatives Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment Monitoring the production process and carrying out testing and quality checks, ensuring all stock that leaves production meets the standards required Assembling goods on the production line, including labelling and packaging Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures, being a first aid contact for the department Reporting any equipment faults or issues to the Operations Manager Efficiently operate machinery to maintain the flow of production Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards Manage production plan and assemble products accurately and efficiently, adhering to production guidelines Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Work effectively with team members to meet production targets Required Skills: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred Understanding of production procedures and machine operation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem solving skills Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Friendly and supportive work environment Sounds interesting?
